Overview
LK-Compact Pretreatment Plant integrates screening, grit removal, and oil separation into a single compact unit. With a small footprint and high degree of automation, it offers a treatment capacity ranging from 10 m³/h to 150 m³/h. Designed for limited-space applications, it is ideal for small to medium-sized municipal wastewater treatment plants and industrial wastewater pretreatment. The system efficiently captures and compacts debris, reducing the load on downstream processes and providing a cost-effective and practical solution for wastewater pretreatment.

Working Principle
Wastewater is pumped into the open-channel screen of the Compact Pretreatment Plant. Large solid particles are intercepted by the screen and lifted by a screw conveyor, which simultaneously dewaters and compacts the screenings. The screened wastewater then flows by gravity into a horizontal grit chamber, where sand particles settle under the influence of gravity and aeration, ensuring effective separation of clean grit. The settled grit is conveyed out of the tank by a screw conveyor, maintaining a moisture content below 60%. Aeration not only aids in grit purification but also provides deodorization and preliminary aeration, enhancing the efficiency of subsequent treatment processes.

Structure
The LK-Compact Pretreatment Plant consists of the following main components: sedimentation tank body, screw screen, horizontal screw conveyor, inclined grit lifting conveyor, scum scraper, scum discharge pipe, aeration blower, flushing water pump, and local control cabinet.
