Description
Overview
The LK-FGS Open Channel Grinder is specifically designed to handle large solid waste particles commonly found in various water treatment processes. This unit can intercept and shred a wide range of mixed solid waste in water - such as discarded fabric, wood debris, plastic waste, bottles and cans, as well as vegetable and meat scraps - into particles sized 8–10 mm. By doing so, it helps prevent blockages, sediment buildup, and equipment damage, ensuring smooth and reliable operation throughout wastewater treatment processes.

The drumless grinder screen is suitable for small inlet flows and small channels with a capacity of 60 m³/h to 240 m³/h.

Operating Principle
1. The sewage in the channel enters the crushing screen
2. The crushing blades in the screen rotate relative to each other to crush various solid wastes in the sewage
The solid waste is crushed into tiny particles of 6-12mm and flows out of the crushing screen under the action of water flow
