Description
LK-MBR Membrane Bioreactor MBR Modules in biochemical treatment process
Overview
LK-MBR membrane bioreactor MBR modules is defined as a wastewater treatment system that utilizes the processes of either ultrafiltration or microfiltration membranes to filter the total mass of organisms (biomass) from purified water. The membranes used in these systems consist of pore sizes of 0.1 pm or less, with the ability to remove TSS and bacteria from treated water. It also should be noted that the membrane module is capable of being submerged in aeration basins or even distinct tanks externally from the basin. Membrane Bioreactor MBR Modules are used in combination for purifying wastewater and membrane filtration. This process helps to reduce biodegradable pollution effectively through the use of bacteria and pathogenic microorganisms. After treating wastewater, the activated-sludge is separated from the treated water by a microfiltration membrane. | ![]() |
How it Works?
MBR Modules works by combining the of a membrane process such as microfiltration or ultrafiltration with a suspended growth bioreactor. MBR systems are now widely used for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment within large-sized manufacturing plants. When used with domestic wastewater, MBR systems can produce effluent of high quality that is enough to be discharged to irrigation or seawater, brackish, and surface water sources. MBR systems are designed to have certain advantages over conventional systems include small footprints, easy rental, and upgrades of old wastewater treatment plants. These systems offer optimal performance in removing many contaminants such has microbiological organisms that are present in the wastewater.

Features
●Unique internal aeration MBR Internal aeration structure, reinforced polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber membrane , ultra-high strength, good anti-pollution performance, large flux, good retention performance, and good recovery of cleaning flux |
●Membrane wire no easy to be scratched or broken ABS material slot , no rusted with smooth surface, a good protective film wire and no easy to be scratched or broken. |
●Good air-water swirl flow is good The slot has function of deflector, can form a good air-water swirling return during aeration, avoid water short-circuit, and ensure the effluent quality and treatment effect of the membrane bioreactor. |
●Single-chip off-line for chemical cleaning, maintenance or replacement Each membrane is connected to the inner aeration main pipe and the water collecting pipe by DN15,single membrane can be removed for separately for chemical cleaning, maintenance or replacement. |
