| LK-LXB Lamella clarifier, also called tube settler, is a type of settler designed to remove particulates from liquids. Lamella clarifiers can be used in a range of industries, including pre-treatment for effluent entering membrane filters, municipal wastewater treatment processes, as well as to treat groundwater, industrial process water and backwash from sand filters. Lamella clarifiers are ideal for applications where the solids loading is variable and the solids sizing is fine. They are more common than conventional clarifiers at many industrial sites, due to their smaller footprint. |  |

Technical Specifications
●Spacing between inclined tubes no less than 50 mm, length of tubes about 1.0-1.2 m; |
●The upper layer water depth is about 0.5-1.0 m and the depth of bottom buffer layer is about 1.0m; |
●Discharge water is collected by multi-hole pipes, and the holes is 20mm below water surface to prevent the floating material from being taken away; |
●The flow rate of lamella clarifier depends on different wastewater, eg., the domestic sewage is treated at a flow rate of 0.5-0.7 mm/s; |
●The inclined tubes installed at an angle of 60°, and tube clearance is about 80 to 100mm. |
