Technical Process Of RO Water Treatment System

The RO membrane itself is sensitive to the pH, temperature and specific chemical substances of the influent water. The water quality of the influent water strictly requires a pH value range of 4~10, temperature <40℃, sludge density index SDI<5, free chlorine <0.1mg·L -1, turbidity <1, iron content <0.1mg·L-1, etc. In order to meet the water inlet requirements of RO membrane, the raw water must be pretreated (sedimentation, coagulation, microfiltration, ultrafiltration, activated carbon absorption, pH adjustment, etc.) before entering the RO membrane system, and then pressurized by the pressure pump to enter the membrane module Under the action of pressure, the raw water permeates through the RO membrane to become product water, while inorganic salts, organic matter and particles are trapped on the other side of the membrane by the RO membrane to form a dope. Depending on the needs of the specific process, the concentrate can be recycled or reprocessed. RO can be used in conjunction with ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and other membrane devices to form an integrated membrane device.
