Products Description
Metering Tank
The sludge is delivered to the metering tank through the slugge transfer pump,and the surplus part flows back to the sludge storage tank from the return pipe.
Flocculation Mixing Tank
The metered sludge is fully stirred ang mixes with the injected polymer coagulant in the flocculation mixing tank to from a good alum flower.
Dehydration Unit
After the sludge enters the dehydration body through the sludge inlet,the gravity concentration occurs in the concentration part of the front section,and most ofthe liquid is discharged; the sludge is fully dehydrated in the dehydration part due to the continuous rise of the pressure in the iner cavity,The dewateringbody of sludge compressor does not include the dewatering part.
Sludge Outlet / Concentrated Sludge Outlet
The back pressure plate set at the outlet produces a blocking force in the opposite direction,so as to further increase the pressurein the cavity of the body andmake the sludge more fully dehydrated and discharged from the outlet in the form of mud cake."The sludge thickener discharges the concentrated sludgethrough the sludge outler".There is no back pressure plate at the outletof sludge thickener.
