LK-DL Screw press dehydrator is the most effective dewatering method for municipal sewage treatment plants and industrial sewage sludge containing various fats, fibers, and abrasive substances. Dewatered sludge treated in the dehydrator achieves a residual moisture content of 60-82%. It produces a filter cake with excellent water quality and high dewatering content, resulting in reduced sludge volume. How it works?
Screw press dehydrator mainly utilizes the principle of screw extrusion to generate strong extrusion pressure through the change of screw diameter and pitch. Squeeze and dewater the sludge by using the small gap between the floating ring and the fixed ring. It also has the function of self-cleaning filter tank.
