Belt Filter Press For Wastewater
LK-DSY Belt filter press for wastewater is mainly suitable for municipal and industrial sludge, used to dewater any type of sludge. Dewatering pre-thickened solid slurries from pumpable liquid phases to solid, transportable, and stackable filter cakes
Description
Overview
LK-DSY Belt filter press for wastewater is an industrial machine. It is widely used in the process of separating solid/liquid, especially in municipal and chemical industries, including dewatering of sludge in water treatment of municipal sewage and wastewater treatment, mining, coal plants, breweries, breweries, paper mills, etc. The filtration process of the Belt filter press for wastewater is mainly realized by passing a pair of filter cloth and filter belt through the drum system.

How it Works?
Sludge dewatering is provided by squeezing the sludge to force water through a permeable medium, free water flows into the tank under its own weight through the filter belt. The main function is to remove free water in the sludge, reduce fluidity, and prepare for further extrusion. The equipment usually includes 2-3 circulating belts, and the sludge is evenly sent to the filter belt through the cloth bucket and moves forward with the filter belt. The two belts are compressed at one point, creating a wedge-shaped area at the entrance, which travels over the rollers. The squeezing action of the two belts in this pressure zone releases more water.
