HENANECO PE Dosing System And FRP Filter Were Successfully Shipped To Mauritius

 

HENANECO successfully sent sewage treatment equipment to Mauritius. We just shipped a PE barrel dosing system and a set of FRP filters to Mauritius. We communicated with the customer for several months on this order. We asked the customer to come to China to visit our factory, and the customer saw our production capacity and advanced technology. This made the customer more certain that we can provide him with the best products and services. After communication between our technical team and the customer, our technical team provided the customer with a solution.

 

                       

 

 

We designed the LK-JYQ200 dosing system for the customer, with a processing capacity of 200L, and we designed a 0.04kW metering pump and a 0.55kW agitator. According to the local voltage of the customer, we customized and produced a 400V, 50Hz three-phase power supply, weighing about 35 kg.

 

                    

 

The flow rate of the FRP filter is 30T/H, it runs on a 220V single-phase power supply, and the filter medium is quartz sand. The material is made of corrosion-resistant fiberglass, with an applicable temperature range of 5°C to 45°C and a maximum working pressure of 0.6 MPa.

 

                               

 

The customer also requested a customized overflow plate and guide tube. We customized the production in our workshop using large steel cutting equipment according to the customer's drawing requirements. We delivered the customized overflow plate and guide tube together with the dosing system and filter.
