Causes of mechanical seal leakage of agitator


(1) There is leakage of the sealing flushing system itself, which leads to the reduction of the sealing flushing pressure, and the flushing liquid cannot be timely supplied to the dynamic ring, resulting in dry grinding and fragmentation of the dynamic ring, and the leakage of the sealing liquid shaft end.


(2) The O-ring sealing material is not compatible with the process material in contact, leading to the O-ring dissolution and damage, sealing washing liquid shaft end leakage, if not found in time, will lead to the sealing washing liquid can not be timely or sufficient to the dynamic ring, resulting in dynamic ring due to dry grinding fragmentation.


(3) The bending of the stirring shaft leads to excessive swing of the shaft in the process of rotation. Because the moving ring and the shaft rotate together, the abnormal rotation of the moving ring will lead to abnormal contact between the sealing surface, thus causing varying degrees of damage to the dynamic ring.


(4) the stirring shaft or blade (the maximum is the blade) is suddenly affected by the instant impact from the outside, the instant impact can be transmitted through the shaft to the weakest sealing surface (because the material of the dynamic ring is fragile silicon carbide - graphite), resulting in the damage of the dynamic ring, sealing washing fluid leakage.
