Disc Diffuser By ABS + EPDM

LK-BP The diaphragm of the Disc Diffuser by ABS + EPDM is made of EPDM material, which increases the overall strength and has a longer service life. It solves the problem of the diaphragm tearing and falling off and increases the stability and reliability of the system.

Description

Overview

Disc Diffuser by ABS + EPDM has the characteristics of small bubbles, high oxygen utilization rate, strong oxygenation capacity, uniform bubble diffusion, not easy to block, and strong corrosion resistance when used. It is the transfer of air and oxygen to sewage or industrial wastewater. The material used by the traditional Disc Diffuser is prone to problems such as diaphragm shedding, diaphragm tearing, diaphragm clogging, and sludge entering the aeration pipe. Therefore, after research and development, we use ABS + EPDM as the material, which increases the overall structural strength. At the same time, the Disc Diffuser has been upgraded and improved to make it more stable and reliable.

How it works?

Activated sludge and contact aeration processes, as well as wastewater treatment for aquariums, require high oxygen transfer rates or efficiencies. Disc Diffuser by ABS + EPDM uses microorganisms in the water to decompose pollutants through oxygen. The Fine Bubble Diffuser produces a large number of tiny air bubbles. These bubbles slowly rise from the bottom of the aeration tank of a sewage or industrial wastewater plant and provide a large amount of efficient oxygen mass transfer into the water. Combined, the bacteria are able to produce enzymes that help break down the waste so that it can settle in a secondary clarifier or be filtered by a membrane.
