2. The tilt of the disc diffuser is not perpendicular to the main pipeline, and the tilt direction will lead to uneven aeration.

After positioning the disc diffuser, drill holes on the main pipe to install the short pipe, and then install the disc diffuser on the short pipe. The correct position of all machining holes is the key.

Therefore, the machining tools must be improved. Specific measures are to contact the local professional opening equipment and field test to improve the serious shaking of the machines and tools in the process of work and the problem of personnel is not easy to control.

3. The installation height of the disc diffuser is not in the same horizontal plane, resulting in uneven aeration.

After hole processing is completed, the installation stage is entered. According to the previous experience, the uneven phenomenon exists on the surface of the construction site is investigated, and the height of the disc diffuser support supplied by the factory is fixed uniformly. As a result, the height of the disc diffuser is not in the same horizontal plane after the installation of the support, and cannot be consistent with the height of the aerator pipe, resulting in problems in the disc diffuser aeration quality and perception. To achieve the desired effect of aeration, the main pipe and the branch pipe must keep the axis in a plane. In this way, the height of the trunk support bracket is more accurate. This problem is the key to solve the aeration effect of the disc diffuser.
