Causes of MBR module flux decline

1 Biological pollution

MBR module immersed in activated sludge for a long time will inevitably breed various microorganisms in a complex environment. At the same time, the storage time of the sludge inside the system is long, and the particles and settling properties of the sludge itself are not ideal, which is easy to cause the phenomenon of biological slime, and then the resistance of the membrane itself is high.

2 Inorganic pollution

The so-called inorganic pollution actually refers to the phenomenon of scaling on the membrane surface caused by the abundant inorganic salts in the liquid. As far as the actual observation is concerned, although some inorganic salt scaling will be formed on the surface of the membrane wire, it will not cause too much inconvenience in the cleaning process and will not cause a significant impact on the membrane passing amount.

3 Organic pollution

Relevant statistical data show that the oil content of the inlet water in the MBR membrane system should not be higher than 20mg/L. In terms of the actual sewage situation, the main organic matter that causes membrane pollution is petroleum substances, especially some heavy oil and dirty oil that does not have biodegradation.
