This chemical metering system supports the dosing of most common water treatment chemical solutions with stable concentration and accurate proportioning, covering mainstream agents in the industry:

 

Coagulants & Flocculants: PAC, PAM, ferric sulfate, aluminum sulfate for suspended solids and sediment removal

pH Regulators: Sodium hydroxide, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid to adjust water pH value

Disinfectants: Sodium hypochlorite, chlorine dioxide, hydrogen peroxide for sterilization and algae removal

Water Quality Stabilizers: Scale inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, biocides for circulating water and boiler water anti-scaling and anti-corrosion

Special Agents: Phosphorus removers, nitrogen removal agents, decolorizing agents for advanced wastewater treatment

 

The system can adapt to 0.1%–10% concentration liquid chemical dosing, meeting diverse process dosing requirements of different industries.

Chemical Storage Tank: High-corrosion-resistance tank body for long-term storage of liquid chemicals, equipped with anti-overflow and ventilation devices

Liquid Level Monitoring Device: Real-time monitoring of tank liquid level, with automatic alarm for low liquid level

Diaphragm Metering Pump: High precision (accuracy ±2%), adjustable flow rate, suitable for low-flow and high-precision dosing scenarios

Operating & Standby Configuration: Support customized schemes such as 3 operating + 1 standby, 1 operating + 1 standby. The standby pump automatically starts when the working pump fails to ensure uninterrupted system operation

Pump Head & Wetted Parts: PVC / CPVC / PVDF / PTFE / SS316L, optional high-grade Hastelloy for special corrosive media

Pipeline & Valves: Anti-corrosion PVC, CPVC and stainless steel materials, resistant to chemical erosion and high pressure
