RO water treatment system for chemical wastewater treatment

In the production process of K2CO3 production by ion exchange method, a large amount of NH4Cl wastewater will be produced. In order to save water and completely solve the problem of NH4Cl wastewater discharge, Zhang Jizhen adopts a combination of selective ion exchange, RO membrane separation and low-temperature multi-effect flash evaporation. The low-concentration NH4Cl wastewater is further concentrated and recycled, so that the wastewater can be converted from standard discharge to full recycling and zero discharge.

The composition of petrochemical wastewater is complex. In addition to organic compounds such as oil, sulfur, benzene, phenol, cyanide, and naphthenic acid, it also contains metal salts and reaction residues. The pollutant concentration is high and difficult to degrade. The water volume and pH fluctuate greatly. Traditional It is difficult to achieve the purpose of resource recovery and reuse in the water treatment process. Lanzhou Petrochemical Company built a 500t·h-1 desalination unit in 2006, which has been running stably for 5 years, with high desalination rate and good effect. Li Yuhang used the ultrafiltration + RO double membrane method to carry out the pilot test of the recycling of petrochemical wastewater. The ultrafiltration system produced water SDI of 99%, and the terminal produced water met the water quality requirements for circulating cooling water.

RO is generally used as the terminal treatment of industrial wastewater. It has a high retention rate of inorganic salts, organic substances, heavy metal ions, etc. in the water. It is of great significance to environmental protection and sustainable development, and has huge economic benefits for water-deficient areas.
