How to solve the plate frame seepage of the filter press

The main reasons for water seepage of the filter press are as follows:

1. Low hydraulic pressure

2. Press cloth folds and holes on the press cloth

3. There are blocks on the sealing surface.

Water seepage between plates and frames can be treated simply by adding hydraulic pressure, replacing a press cloth, or using a nylon scraper to remove any lumps on the sealing surface.
