1, before installation and commissioning of the screw press dehydrator, we should check the distribution list to see if there are missing and damaged parts. If there are, we should contact the seller and logistics in time to avoid causing losses and affecting the use of the equipment.

2. Read the instructions carefully, contact the installation personnel for guidance if necessary, connect the hose, valves, and other components together according to the instructions, place the equipment in a reasonable position between the equipment, and fix it on the ground.

3. Check the prepared flocculation reagent ratio, water, and electricity, and rectify the problems in time if there is any use; After the equipment is installed and the pipe fittings are connected, the installation work is finished. The next step is debugging.

4, first do a small test to see flocculation, debug the appropriate proportion of sludge and reagent, straight appear large flocculent alum flowers, the end of the small test; After the equipment is powered on, the line is switched over to check whether there is any abnormality, about two or three hours.

5, start the equipment to start mud and gradually try the proportion of agent and sludge volume to see whether the flocculation is good. If the sludge is too thick and flocculation is not good, you can dilute it with water and then flocculate, and timely cooperate with the installation personnel.

6. After debugging, learn the operation process of the equipment from the installation personnel or installation video materials, master the operation process and use skills of the equipment, do not debug the equipment without permission, and pay attention to the installation and debugging matters.
