Common Fault Inspection Steps Of Household Reverse Osmosis Pure Water Machine

Common fault inspection steps of household reverse osmosis pure water machine

1. The high-pressure pump does not start and cannot make water

1. Check whether there is a power failure and whether the plug is plugged in properly

2. Check whether the low-voltage switch is out of order and cannot be connected to the power supply

3. Check whether the high pressure switch or water level controller fails and cannot be reset

4. Check whether the transformer and fuse are burnt

2. The high-pressure pump works normally but cannot make water

1. The high pressure pump loses pressure

2. The pre-filter is blocked (no pure water or waste water or small waste water)

3. The check valve is blocked (with waste water, no pure water)

4. The solenoid valve fails and cannot be opened effectively. Is the RO membrane blocked?

3. The high-pressure pump does not stop

1. The pressure of the high-pressure pump is insufficient and cannot reach the set pressure

2. The check valve is blocked, and pure water is not produced (there is waste water but no pure water)

3. The high-voltage switch fails and cannot take off

4. The solenoid valve fails and cannot be opened effectively

4. The high-pressure pump stops but the waste water does not stop

1. The solenoid valve fails, and the water cannot be effectively cut off

2. Check valve pressure relief, (wastewater is very small)

5. The machine jumps repeatedly after the water is full

1. Insufficient raw water pressure

2. Check valve pressure relief

3. High voltage switch failure

4. The system has pressure relief phenomenon

6. The pressure tank is full but pure water cannot flow out

1. Pressure relief of the pressure tank

2. Rear activated carbon blockage

3. Whether the pressure barrel ball valve is damaged

7. Insufficient pure water flow

1. The pre-filter is blocked

2. Insufficient pressure of high-pressure pump, RO membrane is blocked, the ratio of waste water is out of balance or the flush switch is not closed tightly

8. The ratio of pure water and wastewater is seriously out of balance

1. Check whether the flushing solenoid valve is damaged

2. Check whether the waste water scaler is blocked or too conductive

3. Check whether the RO membrane is blocked or the removal rate is seriously reduced

9. The machine keeps flushing, the waste water ratio fails or the flushing start is not tight

10. Loud noise

1. Check whether the raw water pipeline is cut off, causing the booster pump to run idly, resulting in high noise of the pure water machine

2. Check whether the raw water is normal, if it is water supply without tower, whether there is gas in the water

3. Check whether the booster pump is faulty, the vibration is too large, there is friction sound, etc.

4. Check whether the pure water machine is placed firmly

5. Check whether the water pipe is too long, the vibration of the pump makes the water pipe hit the casing

6. Check whether the hot water is boiling causing excessive noise

7. Check whether the compressor is normal

Eleven, water leakage

1. Check the water circuit of the pure water machine to find the leaking point

2. Check whether the small Unicom is leaking

3. Check whether the water dispenser is leaking

4. If the water leakage is very small and it is not easy to check, it can be used for dry facial tissue test

12. No pure water

1. Check the pure water machine pipeline and straighten out the pure water machine pipeline

2. Check the power supply of the pure water machine, connect the 220V AC power of the pure water machine, if the input power of the pure water machine is normal, check the output voltage of the transformer

3. Check whether the high-voltage switch or float switch fails and cannot jump back

4. Check whether the water inlet solenoid valve is normal. Unscrew the water outlet of the solenoid valve, turn on the power supply, and check whether water is flowing. If no water is flowing, go to the next step. Open the raw water ball valve and check whether the filter element before the reverse osmosis membrane is blocked. If it is blocked, replace it. If water is passed through, the solenoid valve is damaged.

5. Check whether the pressure after the booster pump meets the requirements. If it is lower than 0.3MPa, it needs to be replaced

6. Open the pure water port of the reverse osmosis membrane, if there is no water, the reverse osmosis membrane will be damaged

7. Check whether the discharge of waste water is too large, so that the ratio of pure and waste water is out of balance

8. Check whether the rear activated carbon filter is blocked

Thirteen, TDS value is too high

1. The normal value of pure water machine is: 5-22, Shanghai tap water is 140-400

2. First check the TDS value of the raw water, the R/O membrane desalination rate is about 96%

3. If it is a newly replaced reverse osmosis membrane, it needs to run for 20 minutes before measuring

4. Confirm whether the pure water in the storage tank has been stored for too long. 5. If the rear activated carbon is newly replaced, it also needs to be rinsed

6. When measuring the quality of pure water, please measure from the pure water inlet of the reverse osmosis membrane

7. How to maintain the pure water machine If the desalination rate of the RO membrane is less than 90% after calculation, the measurement should consider whether there is internal leakage. The following treatment can be performed: remove the RO membrane, there are two small waterproof rubber rings on the left side of the RO membrane, wrap an appropriate amount of raw material tape in the two small rubber rings, and then install it for measurement.

8. The reverse osmosis membrane can be replaced after eliminating the above reasons

14. Judging the fault through the water lamp

1. The faucet discharges water for a period of time---the water making light does not turn red, the machine does not work---the circuit board is faulty.

2. When the faucet discharges water - the water making light turns red, but the machine does not start - the water pressure is insufficient or the transformer is damaged or the circuit plug is loose.

3. The water making light turns green and the machine is still working---the pressure tank is not full or the pressure tank is full but the high pressure switch is broken or the check valve is broken or the waterway interface is leaking.

4. The water making light is red, and the faucet is still short of water after the machine works for a period of time---the filter element is blocked or the solenoid valve is damaged

15. Judging the fault by the water flow at the outlet of the filter element If the faucet of the machine is still short of water after long-term operation, it means that the filter element or the solenoid valve is blocked. Check each inlet and outlet one by one to find out the damaged parts, and the machine can return to normal after replacement.
