How to deal with the water from the mud outlet of the screw press dehydrator

1. Feed concentration is low

Reasonable calculation and control of the concentration of the feed, not too small, easy to lead to too late pressure filtration concentration, naturally, the mud is very thin, and even water. Solution: Entrust the manufacturer to set and debug the concentration and water amount of the feed, and scientifically calculate and adjust.

2. Flocculant problem

The screw press dehydrator is a product with high requirements for flocculant, and the choice of flocculant greatly affects the sludge efficiency of the strapping machine.

Solution: Select the right flocculant. If the type of flocculant is not clear, a small sample can be used for testing.

3, spindle speed and mixing speed

The speed of the spiral shaft and the mixer speed of the flocculating mixing tank should not be too fast and the fruit should be too slow, which can easily lead to insufficient mixing.

Solution: Adjust the mixing speed in a reasonable range

4. Blockage problem

Check whether there is a blockage problem, check whether there is a dead state, blockage will seriously affect the sludge dewatering efficiency of the stacking machine.

Solution: In case of blockage, flush with a lot of water, adjust the spray system parameters or spiral inversion solution (with the guidance of the staff).
